About Us

Squirrel Climbing is named after a very special cat — Squirrel himself. When I first met him, he was a stray who'd found his way to my house, spending his days scaling trees in the garden and turning up at the door with sticks he'd proudly collected (and occasionally nibbled on).

He was a natural climber with a wild spirit, and honestly, I couldn't think of a better mascot for a brand built around going up.

That same energy — bold, tenacious, a little feral in the best way — is what we put into every piece of technical apparel and gear we make. Squirrel Climbing is for people who don't stop at the base of the tree.

My mission is to equip the climbing community with premium technical gear that performs when it matters most — designed by climbers, tested on rock, and inspired by one very determined cat.
